December 2007 December 18, 2007 Added some classes for 2008, and updated the class schedule and class descriptions pages. Added info to the workshop page and home page. I even added a NEW GALLERY! Yea! Thanks for your patience. Updated the VariYoga™ site as well. The VariYoga™ style of Hatha yoga was developed by Andrea Fournet and Bryan Fowler. October 20th, 2006 Took photo of the possum and her baby peeking out, and posted it to the home page but have since removed it. Sorry! September 2006 September 5th, 2006 Added hummingbird sounds and info to the Music page. September 1st, 2006 Removed the Guestbook link from the homepage. The Guestbook is just an archive since the spammers hit it. I'm not sure yet if I will start another. I also removed the Links link, and posted the links on the Level Descriptions page. The homepage has been streamlined. Next, who knows?!?
August 30, 2006 Updated the Class Schedule page, added Private Sessions page, fixed (I think) the Lunacy2 gallery. It was kinda funky, so I don't yet know if it works okay on other browsers. I had an interview yesterday with Nancy Steele from the Southwest Times Record. The article is scheduled to print on Sunday, September 10th. I'll probably scan it and post it, but don't hold your breath on how long THAT will take! Thanks for stoppin'... August 24-26, 2006 Updated About page, yeah, learn more about me than you thought you wanted to know! Added new galleries!- thanks for your patience as I finally get around to posting. The Alaska Gallery gallery has over 100 photos. Be patient while it loads! Alaska was so incredibly beautiful, it was hard to decide what to share. I hope you enjoy the journey with me. Inspired by posting the Alaska Gallery, I also posted photos from my trip to San Francisco in January of 2006. Seeing those photos reminded my that I had images from previous trips that had yet to be posted. This spurred on the posting of images from previous San Francisco trips. updates to the workshop page, and the secret back-door page!
May 4, 2006 Updated class schedule page, home page, what's new page (you're reading it), and the workshops page. I perused the site (haven't been here in ages) and saw how amazingly out of date it was. I took pity on my poor web-child and caught it up a little. I've been quite busy and have lots of news to share. I'm back, and will post more fun stuff along the way. Howdy! |

Update Archive July 12, 2005 Updated class schedule, homepage, workshop page, this page... I'm not done yet. I may take a nap, or ride my bike, but I'm not done yet! Thanks for checkin'! Oh yeah, are you experiencing 'Adbhuta' in that I actually updated this site? [Adbhuta is the Sanskrit word for Wondrous Amazement] Later that same day... Updated the gallery page, added a fire art gallery with other miscellaneous photos, and then re-updated this page with this silliness. I got lazy and decided that you could just click the links at the top rather than making all the links in this paragraph. Is that too inconvenient? okay, here's a link to the new gallery: Fire Art and Wonder February 2005 Word of intention temporarily on hold. New photo galleries added - Assorted travel yoga and such, The indulgent Mason Gallery - this one includes photos of her dad [my brother] Craig, and I've collected a few photos from my trips. I have quite a few thousand photos. There will be plenty more, if you like that sort of thing. Oh Yes. The Arkansas Yoga Center website has my primary focus at this time. We are building a new facility which should be completed in the spring of 2005. See the site for more information. |

| October 2004 October 31, 2004 Updated word of intention. Added AYC Workshop information. Thanks for checkin'! October 20, 2004 Updated word of intention. Much has been going on in my world! The Arkansas Yoga Center has broken ground for the new building, and my work is cut out for me! Andrea and I are working to build this center that will provide a beautiful space and atmosphere to practice yoga, t'ai chi and the healing arts. We plan to complete the first phase in February of 2005. In the mean time, I've not had time to update this site as much as I'd like. I'm still working on creating the new gallery of photos from our trip to Estes Park for the Yoga Journal Conference. We got some beautiful shots, and I look forward to sharing them with you soon. September 2004 September 28, 2004 Updated word of intention. I will be attending the Yoga Journal Conference in Estes Park, CO in early October. I will not update the site until I return from that event. I'm hopin' for some great photos! September 2, 2004 Updated word of intention, updated schedule page to include UofA class. It's still in the experimental stage and may not load properly. I've decided not to notify you (at least on this page) when I change the weekly word (word of intention) - you can see that on the homepage. I'm also in the process of collecting new photos for another gallery! July 17, 2004 Added new Word of the Week which will soon be changing to Word of Intention.
