Welcome to my website, my name is Bryan Fowler. I am a certified Hatha yoga teacher with training in the Anusara, Iyengar and Viniyoga traditions. My certification is through the Arkansas Yoga Center with Andrea Fournet. I have also trained with many nationally recognized teachers, such as Shiva Rea, Gary Kraftsow, Cyndi Lee, Rodney Yee, John Friend, and many others. I am registered with the Yoga Alliance as an RYT500, and an E-RYT200. I teach at the Arkansas Yoga Center in Fayetteville, AR, Marvin Altman Fitness Center in Fort Smith, AR, as well as area workshops and seminars. I also teach one-on-one and semi-private sessions in both Fort Smith and Fayetteville. Andrea Fournet and I have co-created VariYoga, which is a blend of several styles of yoga. The VariYoga style incorporates awareness from several disciplines, and provides a wide variety of opportunities for individual discovery and practice. Self respect is emphasized, as well as an awareness of modification and adaptation in the physical practice. Together we teach workshops and classes, as well as teacher training intensives. Visit the Arkansas Yoga Center website for more information on becoming a yoga teacher, and for class and workshop information. Mason (see her gallery page) is my niece who lives in Juneau, Alaska. It is not that often that we get to visit, so I make the most of the time we have. I visited Juneau in August of 2006. I asked Mason what part of my visit she enjoyed the most, and she sweetly replied "All of it!" Visit the Alaska 2006 Gallery. Music
has been a strong passion most of my life. I spent many years performing in area
churches, traveling with bands, and working in music studios. I am currently
recording many natural sounds for use in future projects. While in Alaska, I
recorded many streams, creeks, waterfalls and rivers. It is my hope that the music
created with this natural beauty will be an inspiration and comfort to many. |
Thanks for visiting my site.
Drop me a note I'd love to know you were
here! Thanks to all of you who've taken time to visit.
